Mindfulness Tools & Techniques for Stress & Self Care for Teachers & SNA’s - Primary & Post Primary
Course Description
6th & 13th Dec. These two sessions offer you some space and time to slow down and focus on yourself learning through the practice of mindfulness how to take better care of yourself and nourish your mind, body, heart and spirit. The sessions will be experiential exploring and practicing together various mindfulness practices and tools including breath work, body awareness, mindful movement and reflection. We will explore stress and mindful and compassionate ways of meeting and dealing with the challenges that arise in ourselves; in our bodies, with our thoughts, feelings and emotions, in our lives and in the classroom daily.
